I love the different types of raw desserts. You have everyday a different dessert and a really healthy one.

Ingredients:

  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 cup cashew nuts left in the water overnight
  • 4 dates
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 mandarin

Directions:

Put everything in the blender except the mandarin. Prepare champagne glasses or any other glasses you like. Add 3 spoons of the mix, 2 slices of mandarin, 3 spoons of the mix and 2 slices of mandarin. Decorate with raw chocolate and mandarin. Put in the fridge for 3 hours. Enjoy!

If you think you have to much lemon juice you can add just half of the juice.
